Customers of Pacific Power, including those in Lincoln City, are going to see a big bump up in their electric bills come January. What they are calling an “unfortunate coincidence” of wholesale power rate changes arriving at the same time the bill came due on some big electrical transmission projects, Pacific Power customers, Lincoln City included, will see their electrical bills rise 14.3%.
