Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies got a call this week from somebody who said that a man was dumping large amounts of trash along 1000 Line Road and then setting it ablaze. Upon arrival, deputies discovered quite a mess as illustrated in the photo above. It didn’t take them long to come up with a suspect. He’s Timothy Wagner of Toledo. Wagner was given a ticket for offensive littering. No word on who or under what conditions the road will be cleaned up.
