Arrest made in Oregon Department of Justice Child Pornography case.
Lincoln City Police Detectives arrested a Lincoln City man Tuesday on warrants obtained by the Oregon Department of Justice stemming from a child pornography investigation.
David L. Humphrey of Lincoln City was arrested at his home without incident. He was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail. Humphrey is charged with 10 counts of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse in the first degree and 15 counts of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse in the second degree.
This is part of a wider Oregon Department of Justice case. Lincoln City Police Department and the Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office are assisting with the investigation and prosecution.
