Brad Taylor of Oregon Coast Productions says the way to watch the Civil War game is to find anyone who has DISH Network (including sports bars). Also the game may be watched on cable in Otis, Depoe Bay and Siletz for those who subscribe to Wave Broadband. But you have to have the digital box that goes with it.
Also, KCUP carries Duck games and KNPT and KBCH carry Beaver games, so I would imagine if nothing else, folks could listen in to the game on one of those stations.
