Bill in Otter Rock was tooling around Saturday night and came across these figures looking out at him from a house on the Otter Rock Loop. They look pretty serious, if you ask us. Bill said he kept driving lest he find out what these wayward spirits are up to. Anybody got any idea where they’re from or what they want??
