
Recovered stolen concessions now returned to Kirtsis Ballpark
Lincoln City Police, armed with a search warrant, have recovered much of the stolen food and candy that was burglarized from the Lincoln City Youth League baseball concession stand at Kirtsis Ballpark. A league spokeswoman said they recovered a lot that was stolen but not all of it. And for that they’re still accepting donations from the community.
In the Lincoln County Jail charged in connection with the burglary is James Smith, 20, charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft and for possessing burglary tools. His bail is set at $125,000.
Also, Robert Kroff, 21, who was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft. HIs bail is set at $150,000.
Also Joshua Miranda, 20, three counts of theft by receiving stolen property, burglary and theft. His bail is at $100,000.
And Brian Maninger, 21, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft and one count of criminal mischief.
