Last Weekend at the PAC
This is the last weekend for performances of Schoolhouse Rock, Live! at the Newport Performing Arts Center. It’s a hip, fun and quite infectiously funny musical about a very insecure teacher and the very special children he’s supposed to be educating about the ways of the world. The show runs Friday and Saturday at 7pm, with a closing performance at 2pm on Sunday. Ticket prices for children have been lowered to just $6, so there’s no excuse for not bringing the whole family to enjoy this musical classic, based on the PBS series that taught some many of us oldsters how the world works!!
