PUBLIC HEALTH SCREENING provided by Newport Lions Club
The Newport Lions Club, along with local businesses, is sponsoring the Oregon Lions Mobile Health Screening Unit for FREE public Health screening on Saturday, October 1, 2011, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM, at the JC Market (Thriftway) parking lot, in Newport.
Individuals will be screened for vision and hearing problems, glaucoma, high blood pressure and diabetes. In order to be tested for diabetes, applicants must be FASTING for at least 3 hours. For more information contact Lion Earl Dobson at 541-265-8486 or 541-961-1495.
