Last Thursday’s assembly for the Siletz Valley Warriors boys’ basketball team, the current 1A state champions. The team received the state banner and trophy, the OSAA bracket board from the tournament. Each player and coach received championship rings, presented by Siletz Tribal Chairman Delores Pigsley and Tribal Council members Loraine Butler and Tina Retasket.
