The Central Coast Fly Fishers meeting will feature Rick Brown. 32 year NOAA veteran, who will discuss NOAA’s role in activities that impact recreational fishing. Mr. Brown will report on current monitoring of ocean conditions and what we can expect from the Salmon and Steelhead river returns this season.
