Weekend Travel: Slick, snow/ice-covered roads are expected in all of Northwest Oregon tonight-Sunday night. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the Coast, Valley, Coast Range and Cascades where several inches of snow are possible; a Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the Gorge for up to a foot of snow during the weekend.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for the Central Coast, in effect from midnight tonight through 7:00pm Saturday night. Snow is expected with accumulations of around one inch, some local accumulations of two inches possible. Plan on slippery road conditions. A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads and limited visibilities; use caution while driving.
