Wines featured will be dolia Pinot Gris (aged in concrete dolia), riesling (aged in terracotta amphorae), skin contact pinot gris, chardonnay, pinot noir (almost 50% wadenswil), pinot noir reserve (2/3 pommard). These wonderful wines will be paired with roasted mussels, grilled halloumi, seared fish, stuffed veal rolls, braised rabbit, and top the evening off with a quark blini with Oregon strawberrries.
